Sleep - Improving Patterns

The result of your wonderful Seminar is "TERRIFIC".  Thank you so much, my sleeping pattern is as follows - going to bed - finding my Peaceful Place - "Land of Sleep" - so restful for 8 hours, no need for tossing and turning, as you explained, 8 hours sleep is sufficient - Bed 9.45 pm awake at 6 AM.  Well, healthy and invigorated.
